A set routine for your day.

  • Get up early in the morning and make your bed. The first task is done.

  • Drink two glasses of water.

  • Exercise for 15 – 20 min.

  • Relax and rest your muscles, while you read an inspirational book for 10 min.

  • Get your tasks done from the easiest to the hardest, or the other way round if you wish.

  • Stay organised. If you don’t have a strict schedule, on the other hand, you get sidetracked very easily.

  • Each task should serve a purpose.

  • With the easier ones off your list, it consequently motivates you to tackle the harder ones.

  • Get up from your desk and take frequent breaks, but come back after 5 min and continue.

  • Finish what you have planned for the day, in short, push through until all is done.

  • Before you go to bed plan your next day.

It is said that you can subsequently change habits in twenty-one days with repetitive action and it will become a lifestyle.
